dc.description.abstractAraştırmada Bruno kivi çeşidine ait tohumlar kullanılmıştır. Tohumlarda dinlenmeyi ortadan kaldırmak ve çimlenmeyi teşvik etmek amacıyla GA3, katlama ve katlama + GA3 uygulamalarından yararlanılmıştır. GA3 uygulamaları tohumların 24 saat süreyle 1500, 2000 ve 2500 ppm dozlarında bekletilmesiyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Katlama uygulamalarında ise tohumlar nemli kum içerisinde O, 2, 4 ve 6 hafta süreyle 4°C 'de bekletilmişl erdir. Bir grup tohum ise bu katlama sürelerine ilave olarak 24 saat süre ile O, 10, 50 ve 100 ppm GA3 'te bekletilmiştir. Bu uygulamalardan sonra tohumlar içlerinde kum + torf (1: 1 v/v) bulunan plastik çimlendirme tepsilerine ekilerek, 2l±l °C'ye ayarlanmış iklim dolabında 45 gün süre ile çimlenmeye bırakılmıştır. Toplam fide çıkışı ve fide büyümesine olan etkileri bakımından en iyi sonuçlar; 6 hafta katlama, 4 hafta katlama + 50 ppm GA3 uygulaması ve 2000 ppm GA3 uygulamasından elde edilmiştir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractSeeds of kiwifruit "cv. Bruno" were us ed in the preseni study. GA3 stratifrcation and stratification + GA3 treatmenis were conducıed in order to break dormancy in seeds and to induce germination. GA3 treatmenis were accomplished with leaving the seeds in the solutions of 1500. 2000 and 2500 ppm concentrations for 24 hours. Seeds vere left in moisteneds and for O, 2. -1 and 6 weeks al + 4°C, in stratification treatments. A group of seeds were also left in O. 10, 50 and 100 ppm GA3 following each stratification treatment. Having complered these treatments. seeds were sown in plastic trays containing sand + sphagnum peat (1:1 v/ v) and lefi to examine seedling emergence,.for 45 days. in an incubator running at 2 /±l 0 C. Regarding total seedling emergence and seedling growth, the besi results were obıained .from the treatmenis of 6-veek stratification, .4-week stratification + 50 ppm GA3. and 2000 ppm GA3.en_US
