| dc.description.abstract | Bursa Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Dolum Kliniğinde 22.6.1977 ve 6.12.1978 tarihleri arasında doğum yapan 106 olgudan 66'ine profilaktik olarak günde 2 gr. Ampicilline verildi. 41 kişilik kontrol grubu ile birlikte değerlendirildi. Profilaktik antibiotik alan 6 hastada postpartum enfeksiyon saptandı. Kontrol grubunda ise 4 hastada postpartum enfeksiyon görüldü. | |
| dc.description.abstract | During a 18 mounth period 106 women delivered in Bursa University Faculty of Medicine. To 65 of these women were given Ampicilline 2 gr. per day and to 41 no antibiatica were given. In 6 women who received prophylactic antibiotic a post partum infection developed and 4 who didn't received any antibiotic. | |
