Abstract
Bu çalışmada KML (Kronik Myeloid Lösemi), KLL (Kronik Lenfositik Lösemi), AML (Akut Myelositik Lösemi) tanısı konmuş 11 lösemili ve 2 prelökozlu hastadan direkt kromozom analizi yöntemiyle sitogenetik değerlendirme ve karyotip analizi yapılarak kromozomlardaki sayı ve yapı kusurları araştırıldı. Direkt kromozom analiz yöntemi kısa ve uzun süreli kültürlere nazaran daha kısa sürede sonuç alınan ve maliyeti çok daha ucuz bir yöntem olduğu için çalışmada tercih edildi.
In this study we investigated structura and number defects of chromosomes by direkt chromosome method of bone marrow with cytogenetic evaluation and karyotype analysis. These samples were taken from 11 leukemia and 2 preleukosis patients who were diagnosed by Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML), Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) and Acute Myelocytic Leukemia (AML). Direct chromosome analysis method is better compare to short and long term culture method as it is cheaper and results can be taken in a short time. Because of these superioties we have used direct chromosome method in our work.
