dc.description.abstractBu makalede öncelikle işgücü planlaması, işçi devir hızının hesaplanması, işçi devir hızının nedenleri ve düşürülme yolları ve işçi devir hızının maliyetinin hesaplanmasına yer verilmiştir. Makalenin sonunda ise, basit ve kolay bir yönetim aracı olarak bilinen işçi devir hızının hesaplanmasına ilişkin bir örnek yer almaktadır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThis article, first of all deals with labor planning in general terms. Subsequently, the reasons and the calculation of labor turnover are studied briefly. Later on, the cost of labour turnover and the ways of minimizing this cost are taken into consideration. In the last part of the article, an example in calculating labor turnover is given.en_US
