| dc.description.abstract | Malign melanoma, metanin oluşturan hücrelerden gelişen malignite derecesi yüksek olan tümörlerdir. Bu çalışmamızda 1975-1987 yılları arasında Anabilim Dalımızda Malign Metanoma tanısı alan olgular yeniden gözden geçirilerek deride yerleşim gösterenler lokalizasyon, yaş, cinsiyet, histopatolojik özellikleri yönünden incelenmiş ve kaynaklardaki olgularla karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu inceleme sonucunda 12 yıllık periyotta kliniğimizde malign melanoma tanısı alan olguların çoğunluğunda lezyonların deride yerleştiği ve erkeklerde görülme oranının belirgin bir şekilde yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Deri malign metanaması tanısı alan hastaların çoğunluğu, kadın ve erkeklerde benzer şekilde olmak üzere 60-80 yaşındadır. Deride yerleşim en sık yüzde olup, bu lokalizasyonu üst ve alt ekstremiteler izlemektedir. Bütün deri malign melanomların en kötü prognoza sahip olan, nodüler malignant melanoma tipindedir. Ayrıca Clark'ın Level tespitine göre tümörlerin deri katlarındaki yayılımı fazla olup, 11 olguda subkutan yağ dokusu, 10 olguda retiküler dermis ve 7 olguda subpapiller damarlar seviyesindedir. Bu bulgular kaynaklardaki bulgularla karşılaştırıldığında bizim serimizde deri malign melanomların erkeklerde ve yüzde yerleşme oranı daha yüksek olup, hastaneye başvurduğunda lezyonlar ilerlemiş durumda ve tümü kötü prognoza sahiptir. Prognozu daha iyi olan histopatolojik tipler ve deri katlanan yayılımı az olan malign melanomaya hiç rastlanılmamıştır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Malign melanomas are tumors with a high degree of Malignity and they develop from melanin producing cells. In this article cases which are diagnosed as malign Melanoma in our department between 1975 and 1987 are considered and they are evaluated according to their localizations on the skin, age and sex of the patient and histopathologic classification and composed with the cases in the literature. After the research we had seen that in the 12 years period cases diagnosed in our clinic as malign melanoma have must of their lesions on the skin and they have a high tendency of occurence on the male sex. The majority of the patients, both male and female, were between 60 and 80 years old. The skin lesions were mostly seen on the face, then upper and lower extremities followed. All of the malignant melanomas are of the modular type with the worst prognosis. According to Garks's Level Confirmation, the infiltration of the tumors in the Levels of the skin were large and in all cases and in 7 cases the subpapillary vessels were infiltrated. When these findings were compared with the findings in the concerned literature, the skin melanomas in our series were found mostly localized on the face. The diseases were spread in all of the cases at the time when the diagnosis was made and all had a bed prognosis. We didn't come across cases of malignant melanoma with better histopathologic typing that spread least within the levels of the skin. | en_US |
