Abstract
On günlük bir erkek çocuğunda idrar yapma zorluğu yanında böbrek işlevlerinin bozukluğu, genel durum düşkünlüğü ve sepsis tablosu ile kendini gösteren "tip I posterior üretral valv dolgusu ve cerrahi tedavi sonrasındaki mükemmel klinik iyileşme sunulmuştur.
A ten days old male infant with poor body condition, impaired kidney functions, sepsis and micturition disorders was diagnosed as type I posterior urethral valv case. In this case report also the excellent prognosis of the patient after the operation is presented.
