| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığınca hazırlanan "Aday Memurların Yetiştirilmesine ilişkin Yönetmelik" incelenerek, aday öğretmenlerin yetiştirilmesi işleminin nasıl ele alındığı ortaya konulmuş ve bu yönetmeliğin işlerliği tartışılmıştır. Ayrıca, "Milli Eğitim Bakanlığınca; öğretmenlerde bulunması gereken nitelikler doğrultusunda hedefler belirlenmiş, bu hedefler davranışa dönüştürülmüş, eğitim ve sınama durumu yaklaşımına göre programlar ayrı ayrı hazırlanıp, kılavuz kaynak kitaplar oluşturulmuş olsaydı, böyle çalışmaların aday öğretmenlerin yetiştirilmesinde ne gibi katkıların olacaktı?" sorusu tartışılarak yorumlanmıştır. | tr_TR |
