Abstract

Bıı makale, Osmanlı Devletinin kuruluşundan itibaren üç asırlık (1299-1600) zaman dilimi içinde dönemin fakihlerini etkileyen, başka bir deyişle onlar için bir el kitabı niteliği taşıyan eserleri tespit etmenin yanı sıra, onların bu eserler hakkındaki görüş ve değerlendirmelerini de bizzat eserlerine baş vurarak ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Böylece. makro planda da olsa Osmanlı hukuk düşüncesini besleyen kaynakların neler olduğu daha iyi anlaşılmış olacaktır.

This article not only çştablishes, from the early days of the Ottoman State in a period of three centuries, from 1299 to 1600, the works which influenced the Ottoman jprisprudents in another word, which were a handbook for them, but also has the aim of presenting their conceptions and comments about those works by applying their own works. Thus it will be better understood what were the sources that improved the Ottoman Law concept, even in macro plan.
