dc.description.abstractDevletin gelir kaynağını oluşturan vergiler, Osmanlı Devleti’nde iki ana başlık altında toplanmaktaydı. Bunlar “Tekâlif-i Şer‘iyye” ve “Tekâlif-i Örfiyye”dir. Birincisinin çerçevesi İslam Hukuku, ikincisininki ise Osmanlı Sultanları tarafından belirlenmekteydi. Tekâlif-i Örfiyye ülkenin varlığının devamı için zorunluydu ve devletin içinde bulunduğu sosyal ve ekonomik şartlara göre çeşitleri ve miktarları değişmekteydi. Bu vergilerle ilgili belgeler incelendiğinde halkın ödemek zorunda olduğu örfi vergilerin nerelere harcandığı ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu makale XVIII. yüzyıl ikinci yarısında Bursa’daki uygulamaları büyük ölçüde yansıtmaktadır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThe tax income of the Ottoman State consisted of two groups: These were ‘Takâloof al-Shar`ıyyah’ and ‘Takâloof al-`Orfeyyah’. The basis for the first one was the Islamic Law while the basis for the second one was the Decrees of the Ottoman Sultans. ‘Takâloof al-`Orfeyyah’ was necessary for the survival of the country, and in terms of the variety and the amount it changed depending on the social and economic conditions. The archive documents show us where these taxes that people had to pay were spent to. This article here attempts to present a picture of these practices in Bursa in the second half of the XVIII. century.en_US
