Alt ekstemitede fasyotomi: endikasyonları ve tekniği

Abstract

Deprem sonrasında, vücudun diğer bölgelerinde görüldüğü gibi, alt ekstremitede de ezilme tipi yaralanmalarla çok karşılaşmaktayız. Bu tip yaralanmalar sonucu kompartman sendromu gelişmektedir. Alt ekstremitede kompartman sendromu oluştuğunda fasyotomi açılması gereklidir. Uygun bir fasyotomi yapılabilmesi için alt ekstremite kompartmanlarının ve insizyon yerlerinin bilinmesi gereklidir. Bazı basit kurallara uyulması ekstremitenin gelecekteki fonksiyonları açısından büyük öneme sahiptir.

When compartment syndrome exists in lower extremity, it is necessary to do a fasciotomy. The compartments of the lower extremity and the incision sites should be known for an appropriate fasciotomy. Following some simple rules has a great importance for the function of the extremity in the future.
