İvermektinin pentobarbital sodyumla oluşturulan genel anestezi üzerine etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, fare ve tavşanlarda pentobarbital sodyumla gerçekleştirilen genel anestezi üzerine ivermektinin etkisi araştırıldı. Pentobarbital ile anesteziden yarım ve iki saat önce sağıtım dozunda (deri altı 0.2 mg/kg) uygulanan ivermektinin, farelerde uyku süresini önemli derecede uzattığı, fakat 24 saat önce uygulandığında önemli bir değişiklik yapmadığı saptandı. Tavşanlara anesteziden iki saat önce sağıtım dozunda uygulanan ivermektinin yutma, palpebral, pedal ve korneal reflekslerin geri geliş süresini belirgin bir şekilde uzattığı belirlendi.

In this research, the effects of ivermectin on pentobarbitone sodium generated anesthesia in mice and rabbits were studied. Ivermectin which was administered at the therapeutic dose (0.2 mg/kg, s. c.) half an hour and two hours before pentobarbitone sodium anesthesia prolonged the sleeping time strongly in mice. But, it did not change the sleeping time significantly, when it was administered at 24 hours before anesthesia. In rabbits, ivermectin administration at the therapeutic dose two hours before anesthesia prolonged recovery time of the swallowing, palpebral, pedal and corneal reflexes significantly.
