Thirty three dogs from different breed, age and sex with condylar and intercondylar fractures in humerus and femur were used as material. Exact results were taken as per cent when evaluated according to breed, age, sex, history and location of the fractures. In the cases of operative treatment open reduction and internal fixation methods were used. It was concluded that the most suitable operative procedures for condylar fractures in dogs was transcondylar screw and screw-intramedullary pin application which causes no tightness on soft tissues surrounding the joint.en_US
