Üreme mevsimi sonunda koyunlarda östrus ve ovulasyonun dinoprost tromethamine (Dinolytic) ile uyarılması üzerinde bir araştırma

Abstract

Kızgınlık yönünden mevsime bağlı olan koyunlarda üreme mevsimi içerisinde kızgınlık göstermeyen ya da gösterip de gebe kalmayanlarda östrusların uyarılması amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmada eksojen prostaglandinlerin etkisi araştırıldı. Östrus oluşturmak amacıyla 35 kıvırcık koyuna 9 gün ara ile 2 kez 15 mg. Dinoprost tromethamine (Dinolytic) kas içi enjekte edildi. Enjeksiyondan bir gün sonra sunıye arama koçu katılarak kızgın koyunlar saptandı. Prostaglandin F2 a (PGF2a) verilen 35 koyundan 12'si ikinci enfeksiyondan sonraki 8 gün içinde kızgınlığa geldi ve östrus gösterenlerin oranı % 34.2 oldu. Elde sıfat yöntemiyle çiftleştirilen 12 koyundan 8'i doğurdu ve doğum oram % 66.6 bulundu.

In the study, effect of exogen prostaglandins on the stimulation of estrus in seasonal ewes which were not showed and showed but not get pregnancies was studied. 35 Kıvırcık ewes were injected with 15 mg. Dinoprost tromethamine (Dinolytic) by intramuscularly two times with nine days interval for getting estrus. Estnus were observed by adding teaser rams in the herd after one day from injection. 12 of 35 Prostaglandin F2 (PGFı. a) injected ewes were showed estrus during in eight days after the second injection and the rate of estrus was 34.2 %. Eight of 12 ewes were lambed. Lambing rate was found as 66.6 %.
