Herpes simpleks ansefaliti: Üç olgu

Abstract

Klinik, elektro ensefalogram (EEG) ve kranial komputerize tomografi (KKT) bulguları ile tanı konan farklı klinik seyirli üç herpes simpleks ansefaliti (HSA) olgusu rapor edildi. İki olguda akut, bir olguda subakut seyir görüldü. İki olguda erken dönemde KKT bulguları normaldi. Asiklovir tedavisi verilen olgulardan birinci olgu tamamen, ikinci olgu mental ve motor sekellerle, üçüncü olgu yalnızca mental sekellerle iyileşti.It was reported three cases of herpes simplex encephalitis which were recognized by clinical, electroencephalogram and cranial computed tomography (CCT) with different clinical aspects. Two cases were acute and one was subacute. Early stages CCT findings were normal in two cases. After acyclovir therapy, first case was healted completely, second with motor and mental deficiency, and the third case was healted with mental deficiency.
