Transuretral prostat rezeksiyonlu ve suprapubik transvezikal prostatektomili olgularin hastanede kalma sürelerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Rektal tuşede (2 ++) dereceye kadar benign vasıflı prostat hipertrofili olgularda transuretral prostat rezeksiyonu ile suprapubik transvezikal prostatektomili hastaların hastahanede kalma sürelerinin incelenmesini amaçlayan bu çalışmada 38 transuretral rezeksiyon ile 34 suprapubik transvezikal prostatektomi sonuçları karşılaştırıldı. Transuretral rezeksiyanda ortalama hastahanede yatış süresi 7 gün, suprapubik transvezikal prostatektomide ise ortalama yatış süresi 16 gün olarak tespit edildi. Bu sonuçlar arasındaki fark istatistiki olarak anlamlı bulundu.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the hospitalization period of transvesical prostatectomy and transurethral prostatic resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia cases that are felt up to two (2 ++) degree enlarged in digital rectal examination. The results of 38 transurethral prostatic resection and 34 suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy are compared. The average period of hospitalization of transurethral prostatectomy is determined to be 7 days and that of suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy 16 days. The difference between those results can be interprated as statistically significant.
