Dicle Üniversitesi’nde mimarlık eğitimi

Abstract

Bir ülkenin gelişmişliğinin en büyük göstergesi eğitim sistemidir. Eğitim sistemi bütün ülkelerde sosyal, kültürel, teknolojik ve ekonomik koşullarla paralel gelişir. Eğitimin bu öneminden dolayı her ülke kendi eğitim sistemini sürekli sorgulamalı ve geliştirmelidir. Eğitim sistemi, temel eğitimden başlayarak üniversiteye değin birbirini izleyen, etkileyen bir dizgeden meydana gelir. Bu dizge içinde yapılacak değişiklik de tüm sistemi etkileyeceğinden yapılacak düzenlemeler bir bütün olarak düşünülmelidir. Bu makalede, mimarlık eğitimi Türkiye ve dünya genelinde ana hatlarıyla incelenmiştir. Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi’nde Diyarbakır ilinde bulunan Dicle Üniversitesi Mimarlık Bölümü’ndeki eğitim sistemi ise detaylı olarak ele alınmıştır. Dicle Üniversitesi Mimarlık Bölümündeki öğrenciler ile anket yapılarak, Dicle Üniversitesi’ndeki Mimarlık eğitiminin mevcut durumu hakkında değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır.

The most important factor that shows the development of a country is its education system. Education system of a country develops in accordance with its social, cultural, technological and economical conditions. Considering all of these, every country must assess and revise its education system periodically. Education system is like a chain beginning from basic level to university level. The arrangements to be made in this chain must be considered as a whole, because even one change will affect the total system. In this article, the attempt was to make research on the architectural education in Turkey and worldwide, in general terms. As for the context, the education system in Architecture Department at Dicle University in Diyarbakır in the southeast of Turkey was analyzed in detail. Some evaluations about the present situation of education at Department of Architecture in Dicle University were based on surveys with the students of the Department in question.
