Epilepsinin sosyal yönü

Abstract

Epilepsi, hekimleri olduğu kadar toplumun önemli bir kesimini de ilgilendiren ve beraberinde medikal problemlerin yanı sıra pek çok sosyal problemlere de neden olan bir hastalık grubudur. Günlük yaşamdaki düzenlemelerden epileptiklerin yasal haklarına kadar pek çok konu, özellikle epilepsi tedavisi ile uğraşan hekimleri bu alanda sorumlu kılmaktadır.

Epilepsy is a group of diseases not only interesting the physicians, but also an important percentage of the population with its medically and socially related problems. This wide spectrum of the problems related to the disease, from daily life arrangements to legal rights of the epileptics makes the physician most responsible in this matter.
