Abstract
Meningomyelosel nedeni ile neonatal dönemde opere edilmiş ve daha sonra anal inkontinans ile birlik te alt ekstremitede parsiyel paralizi gelişmiş olan bir olguda anal inkontinansın onarımı amacı ile grasilis kas flebi kullanılmıştır. Bu yazıda konu ile ilgili literatür verilerinin ışığı altında olgunun değerlendirilmesi sunulmuştur.
Application of gracilis muscle flap for reconstruction of anal ineonlinence has been presented. The patient had a congenital meningomyelocele and was operated during the neonatal period. After the operation, she had anal ineonlinence and partial paralysis in lower extremity. In this paper the case has been presented with evaluation of the literature data.
