Abstract
Bu çalışma; Bursa ekolojik koşullarında yetiştirilen bazı yulaf genotiplerinin tane verimi ile kalite özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Tarımsal Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi deneme tarlalarında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deneme 2013-2015 yıllarında iki yıl yürütülmüştür. Bursa’nın altı ilçesinden (Büyükorhan, İnegöl, Karacabey, Keles, Mustafakemalpaşa, Yenişehir) sağlanan yulaf popülasyonları ile birlikte Faikbey çeşidi kontrol olarak kullanılmıştır. Denemedeki bu genotiplerin bitki boyu, salkımda başakçık sayısı, salkımda tane sayısı, salkımda tane ağırlığı, tane verimi, 1000 tane ağırlığı, ham protein oranı ve ham protein verimi değerleri belirlenmiştir. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda; genellikle tüm özellikler açısından Karacabey popülasyonunun en iyi genotip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu popülasyonun tane verimi 454.84 kg da-1 , 1000 tane ağırlığı 37.00 g ve ham protein verimi 33.17 kg da-1 olarak tespit edilmiştir.
This research was conducted to determine the seed yield and the quality characteristics of some oat genotypes which grow in Bursa ecological conditions. This study was carried out at Bursa Uludag Agricultural Faculty, Agricultural Application and Research Center. The experiment was conducted for two years between 2013-2015. Faikbey variety (as a control) and six other oat populations, obtained from six different districts of Bursa(Büyükorhan, İnegöl, Karacabey, Keles, Mustafakemalpaşa, Yenişehir), were used in this research. Plant height, number of spikelets per panicle, seed number per panicle, seed weight per panicle, seed yield, 1000 seed weight, crude protein rate and crude protein yield were investigated in the study. According to the results obtained from the research, the best genotype was Karacabey population in all of the characteristics measured. The seed yield, 1000 seed weight and crude protein yield of this population were determined as 454.84 kg da-1 , 37.00 g and 33.17 kg da-1 , respectively.
