Anestezi sırasında ortaya çıkan tireotoksik kriz ve tedavisi

Abstract

Anestezi sırasında tirotoksik kriz oluşan hastada, yarı açık anestezi sistemi ile % 100 oksijenasyon, yüzeyel soğutma, buzlu sıvı infüzyonu kapsayan destek tedavisi uygulandı. Destek tedavisinin, Propranolol, Glukokortikoid ve Propiltiourasil kombine eden ilaç tedavisi kadar önemli olduğu sonucuna varıldı.

Supportive treatment including 100 percent oxygenation with semi-open anesthesia system, superficial hibernation and cold glucose and saline infusion, is applied to thyrotoxic patients during anesthesia. In this report, we believed that supportive therapy is as important as drug therapy, combining Propranolol, Glucocorticoid and Propilthiouracil.
