dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, genç kadın ve erkeklerde cinsiyete bağlı olarak, emosyonel stres 'in lipid metabolizmasında oluşturduğu değişimler incelendi. Emosyonel stres'in kadınlarda HDL -K (Yüksek Dansiteli Lipoprotein-Kolesterol) ve a - Lp (a - Lipoprotein) fraksiyonunda göreceli olarak azalmaya yol açtığı saptan.Erkeklerde ise stres sonucu TL (Total Lipid), VLDL-K (Çok Düşük Dansiteli Lipoprotein-Kolesterol) ve (ß - Lp (ß - Lipoprotein) fraksiyonunda önemli derecede yükselme görülürken, (ß -Lp de azalma gözlendi. Hormonal yapıları nedeniyle atheroskleroz açısından zaten fazla risk altında olan erkeklerde, emosyonel stres' le bunun daha da arttığı sonucuna varıldı.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThe variations that came out according to sex , on the lipid metabolism under emotional stress are investigated in young women and men in this study. In females, emotional stress resulted in decrease in the levels of HDL-C (High Density Lipoprotein-Cholesterol) and a - Lp (a - Lipoprotein) fractions relatively. Whereas in males TL (Total Lipid), VLDL -C (Very Low Density Lipoprotein-Cholesterol) and (ß·- Lp ((ß - Lipoprotein) in d significantly while a - Lp decreased. Consequently if we consider from the point of atherosclerosis, it can be said that because of their hormonal patterns, males are under more risk than females and the emotional stress increases this potential risk even more.en_US
