| dc.description.abstract | Türk ekonomisinde önemli bir rol oynayan Kamu İktisadi Teşebbüsleri (KİT), kurulduğundan itibaren yatırım, fiyatlama, finansman ve personel politikaları hususunda birçok problemle yüz yüzedirler. Hükümetler, KİT'lerin özelleştirilmesi çalışmalarını özellikle 1980'lerden sonra hızlandırdılar. Bu nedenle, yabancı danışma firmalara özelleştirme planları hazırlattırıldı. Bu planlardan bir tanesi de, Morgan Bank Trust Company 'e hazırlattırılan özelleştirme ana planıdır. Morgan Bank planı karlılık gösteren KİT'lerin özel sektöre satışlarını öngörmekle olup, bu satışların Türk ve yabancı firmalara, çalışanlara ve halka yapılmalarınız ilişkindir. Ayrıca, uygun bir özelleştirme için yasal düzenlemeleri de öneri kabilinden saymaktadır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | The State Economic Enterprises (SEE) have played an important role in the Turkich economy since they were established. But they used to face some important structural problems especially with regard to the policies of finance, investment, management and pricing. After the 1980 s, the Governments in Turkey initiated studies on the privatisation of the SEE. And some foreign firms were hired for that purpose, Morgan Bank is one of these firms. The Morgan Bank Master plan envisages that firstly SEE's which are profitable should be transferred to private sector. The Shares are to be offered firms of The Turkish or foreign origine and then to the employees of the firms which are to be sold. Concludingly, we might state that the plan does not convey a new idea. | en_US |
