Türkiye'de yembitkileri tohumculuğunda karşılaşılan sorunlar ve çözüm yolları

Abstract

Yembitkileri kültür etkinliklerinin önemli bir unsurunu oluşturan tohumculuk Türkiye'de olması gereken seviyenin çok gerisindedir. Oysa, tohumculuk konusunu bilimsel bir yaklaşımla ele alan, bu konuda ileri teknoloji kullanımına yönelen ve buna süreklilik kazandırmaya çalışan ülkeler bitkisel üretim alanında ve bu arada yerbitkileri kültüründe çok önemli aşamalar sağlamışlardır. Toprak ve iklim koşulları yembitkileri kültürü için çok uygun olan ülkemizde bu bitkilerin tohumunu üretmek hem yerbitkileri kültürünün gelişmesine hem de tohum ithalinin önlenmesi ve büyük bir olasılıkla ihracatın gerçekleşmesi ile önemli döviz kazancına katkıda bulunmuş olacak tır. Yembitkileri kültürünün gelişmesi ile de hayvancılığın yem sorunu, bitkisel üretimde toprak verimliliği ve toprak-su muhafaza sonunlar önemli ölçüde çözüme kavuşmuş olacaktır.

Forage seed production, being an important part of forage farming activities is behind the level hat should be in Turkey. Whereas, handling the seed production subject with scientific approach, tending to use advanced technology and trying to get it to gain continuity, the countries have obtained a great deal of advances in plant production as well as forage plants. To produce seed of forage plants in Turkey which has soil and climate conditions highly available for cultivation of these plants will have contributed either to the feed increase and to the prevention of seed importation or to the foraign currency gain by realization of seed exportation. Besides these, with the progress of forage plant culture, the problems such as animal feeding oil fertility for plant production and soil-water maintance will be solved in great scale.
