Ortaokul öğretmenlerinin okul iklimi algısı ile örgütsel muhalefet davranışları arasındaki ilişki: Bursa ili örneği

Abstract
Bu araştırma, Bursa ili örneğine dayanarak ortaokul öğretmenlerinin okul iklimi algıları ve örgütsel muhalefet davranışları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Veri toplama sürecinde, Hoy ve Tarter tarafından oluşturulan Yılmaz ve Altınkurt tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan "Örgütsel İklim Ölçeği" ile Kassing tarafından geliştirilen ve Dağlı tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan "Örgütsel Muhalefet Ölçeği" Bursa'daki ortaokullarda görev yapan ve araştırmaya katılmaya gönüllü olan 469 öğretmene çevrimiçi olarak uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 25 programıyla analiz edilerek araştırma sorularına yanıtlar bulunmuştur. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, öğretmenlerin okul iklimi algısı orta düzeyde, örgütsel muhalefeti yüksek düzeyde, dikey muhalefeti orta düzeyde ve yatay muhalefeti yüksek düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada, örgütsel muhalefet ve okul iklimi alt boyutları açısından katılımcıların cinsiyet, kurumda çalışma süresi, yaş ve sendika üyeliği durumlarına göre anlamlı farklılıklar olduğu görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte, mesleki kıdem, medeni durum ve eğitim düzeyi açısından anlamlı bir farklılık gözlenmemiştir. Ayrıca, okul ikliminin örgütsel muhalefeti anlamlı bir şekilde yordadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between middle school teachers' perceptions of school climate and their organisational dissenting behaviour, based on a sample from Bursa province. During the data collection process, the Organizational Climate Scale, developed by Hoy and Tarter and adapted into Turkish by Yılmaz and Altınkurt, and the Organizational Dissent Scale, developed by Kassing and adapted into Turkish by Dağlı, were administered online to 469 teachers who volunteered to participate in the study and worked in middle schools in Bursa. The collected data were analysed using SPSS 25 software in order to answer the research questions. According to the analysis results, it was found that teachers' perceptions of school climate were moderate, organisational dissent was high, vertical dissent was moderate, and horizontal dissent was high. The study revealed significant differences in the sub-dimensions of organisational dissent and school climate among participants based on their gender, length of service in the institution, age and union membership status. However, no significant differences were found for seniority, marital status and educational level. It was also concluded that school climate significantly predicted organisational dissent.
