Abstract
Takip ve tedavi ettiğimiz 130 Behçet hastalıklı hastanın ikisinde Vena Cava Superior Sendromu saptandı. Yapılan venogramlarda, birinci olgumuzda (M.K.) internal juguler vein kısmen tromboze olduğu, vena cava superiorun tamamen tıkalı olduğu belirgin interkostal kollateral geliştiği gözlendi. İkinci olgumuzda (K.S.) sol innominate venin klavikulanın baş kısmından itibaren tıkalı olduğu ve üst azigoz sistemin geliştiği gözlendi.
During the treatment and follow-up of 130 patients with Behçet 's Disease superior vena cava syndrome was diagnosed in the two of them. Phlebography were performed in two cases, and in the first case internal jugular vein was partially thrombosed, vena cava superior completely occluded and there were obvious intercostal collaterals, in the second case left innominate vein was occluded from the proximal part of clavicle and azygos system appeared as the main venous return channel.
