Sakarya yöresi süt sığırlarında neosporosis caninum

Abstract

Bu çalışma Sakarya yöresinde Şubat-Temmuz 2003 tarihleri arasında Neospora caninum’un varlığının araştırılması amacı ile yapılmıştır. Süt sığırlarında toplanan serumlar Neospora caninum antikorları yönünden competetive ELİSA (cELİSA) kiti ile test edilmiştir. Bu yöntem ile 92 sığır serumunun 10’unde (%9.2), seropozitiflik saptanmıştır.This study was carried out in order to detect Neospora caninum in the Sakarya province between February-July 2003. The sera collected from the cows were examined for N.caninum antibodies by the cELISA. In this test, 10 of 92 sera (%9.2) were found to be seropositive.
