Abstract
Türkiye'de kısa bir süre önce satışa arz edilen Flunitrazepam (Rohypnol) yaygın olarak çeşitli amaçlar için kullanılmaktadır. Bu yazıda ameliyat sonrası 9 'uncu günde hipnotik amaçla tek doz oral 2 mg. Rohypnol alımından sonra şuuru kapanıp solunumu deprese olan ancak 24 saatlik bir ventilatör tedavisinden sonra düzelen bir olgu sunulmuş ve literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.
Although Flunitrazepam has recently been on the market in Turkey, it has been widely used for hipnotic purposes. A case of unconsciousness and respiratory depression and requirement of ventilator treatment for 24 hours, after the intake of a single 2 mg. an oral dose of Rohypnol is presented and literature reviewed.
