dc.description.abstractEtik ve liderlik el ele gider. Etik çevre, etkili liderliğe yardım ettiği gibi, etkili liderlik de etiğe yardımcı olur. Etkili liderlik etik davranışın, etik davranış da etkili liderliğin sonucudur. Etik ve liderlik neden sonuç olarak işler. Bu neden sonuç ilişkisini etkileyen en önemli faktörler bilişsel ve organizasyonel ahlaki gelişimdir. Liderler, organizasyonun etik ilkelere sahip olmasında ve etik ilkelerle yönetilmesinden sorumlu olan en önemli taraftır. Bu amaçla çalışmada, liderlik ve etik ilişkisi ile etik liderlik tarzları incelenmektedir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractEthics and leadership go hand-in-hand. An ethical environment is conducive to effective leadership, and effective leadership is conducive to ethics. Effective leadership is a consequence of ethical conduct, and ethical conduct is a consequence of effective leadership. Ethics and laeadership function as both cause and effect. The most important factors affecting this cause and effect relationship are cognitive and organizational moral development. Leaders are on the side which is most responsible for the organizations to have ethic principles and for organizations to be administered by means of ethic principles. With this aim, the relation between leadership and ethics, and the styles of ethical leadership are studied in this article.en_US
