dc.description.abstractMimarlık mesleğinin çeşitli disiplinler ile yakından ilişki olması, mimarların çok yönlü kişiler olmasını gerektirmektedir. Bu noktada sosyo-ekonomik durum önemli bir etken olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Buradan hareketle Uludağ Üniversitesi Mühendislik-Mimarlık Fakültesi Mimarlık Bölümü lisans öğrencilerinin sosyo-ekonomik durumunun eğitim sürecine etkisini inceleyen bir çalışma tasarlanmıştır. Çalışmada, 2006-2007 eğitim-öğretim yılı bahar yarıyılında mimarlık eğitimi gören 3. sınıf öğrencileriyle yüz yüze görüşmeler yapılmış, verilerin değerlendirilmesi aşamasında kullanılan istatistiksel analizde bağımlı değişken olarak belirlenen GANO (genel ağırlıklı not ortalaması) ile sosyoekonomik yapı özelliklerini simgeleyen bağımsız değişkenlerin ilişkilerine bakılarak Ki Kare Testi ve Korelasyon Analizi yöntemleriyle bulgulara ulaşılmıştır. Ki Kare testiyle, belirlenen hipotezler (red varsayımları) sınanarak, değişkenler arasındaki ilişki ortaya koyulmuş, korelasyon analizi yöntemiyle de ilişkinin düzeyi ve yönü açıklanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, mimarlık lisans eğitimi alan öğrencilerin sosyoekonomik durumlarını gösteren değişkenlerden, cinsiyet, son on yıldır ailenin yaşadığı bölge, öğrencilerin annelerinin eğitim durumu, ailenin ortalama aylık geliri ve öğrencinin kiminle birlikte yaşadığı olarak tanımlanan beş değişkenin eğitim sürecindeki başarı düzeyini etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractAs architecture is related to a lot of disciplines, architects are expected to be versatile persons. At this point socio-economic status appears as an important factor. Thus, this study aims to investigate the influence of socio-economic status of the students of Architecture during their educational process. In this study, deep interviews were made with the students of 6th semester and their grade point averages (dependent variable) were compared with their socio-economic qualities (independent variable) with the chi-square test and correlational analysis. As a conclusion, it is determined that five independent variables effect the students’ educational process. These are the gender, the district where the students’ family live, the educational level of the students’ mothers, the average monthly incomes of the students’ families and the people who the students live with.en_US
