| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmamızda 1985-1990 yılları arasında CT ile tanı konulan yaşlan 23-75 arasında 5'i kadın, 5'i erkek toplam 10 serebellar kanamalı hasta incelendi. Hipertansiyon % 90 hastada risk faktörü olarak bulundu. 1 hastada hematom boşaltıldı. 9 hasta medikal tedavi aldı. 2 hasta eksitus oldu. 7 hastanın 1 yıllık takiplerde çeşitli derecelerde iyileşme izlendi. Serebellar kanamalar cerrahi tedavi endikasyonları literatür bilgileri ışığı altında tartışıldı. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study 10 patients (5 women and 5 men) who were diagnosed to have cerebellar Jıematoma in terms of CT between the years 1985-1990 were analysed. Hypertension was found to be the risk factor in 90 % of the cases. One patient has undergone hematoma evacuation. Nine patients were treated medically. Two patients died. In seven patients inıprovement of different degrees were observed during a follow-up about one year. The indications of surgical treatment were discussed on the light of the literature. | en_US |
