El bileğinde N. medianus' a bası yapan nadir bir kistik lenfangiom olgusu

Abstract

El tümörleri arasında kistik lenfangiomun görülmesi son derece nadirdir. Olgumuzda böyle bir tümörün el bileğinden gelişerek carpal tünel içinde N. Medianusa bası yaptığı resimlerle dökümante edilmiştir.Cystic lymphangioma is encountered rarely among the hand tumors. As documented with the photographs, a case is presented here where the tumor had developed in the wrist and penetrated into the carpal tunnel pressing the median nerve.
