dc.description.abstractUluabat Gölü, Marmara Denizi’nin 20 km güneyinde, Bursa ili sınırları içerisinde merkezi konum olarak 400 10’ kuzey enlemi ve 280 36’ doğu boylamında yer almaktadır. Göl, sucul bitkiler, balık ve kuş varlıkları açısından ülkemizin zengin sığ göllerinden biridir. Aynı zamanda Ramsar ve Living Lakes Network tarafından tanınan uluslararası öneme sahip bir doğal yaşam alanıdır. Yapılan çalışmada Uluabat Gölü su kalitesi Haziran 2008-Mayıs 2009 dönemlerini kapsayan 12 aylık süreçte göl içerisinde belirlenen 8 farklı istasyonda aylık olarak izlenmiş ve parametrelerin bölgesel ve zamansal değişimleri irdelenmiştir. İzlenen parametreler pH, sıcaklık (T), elektriksel iletkenlik (EC), çözünmüş oksijen (ÇO), askıda katı madde (AKM), seki derinliği (SD), su derinliği (WL), nitrat azotu (NO3-N), toplam azot (TN), fosfat fosforu (PO4-P), toplam fosfor (TP), alkalinite, kimyasal oksijen ihtiyacı (KOI) ve klorofil-a (Chl-a) dır. Çalışma sonucunda, parametrelerin konsantrasyonlarının bölgesel olarak özellikle 1., 4., 5. ve 8. istasyonların bulunduğu bölgelerde ve zamansal olarak da genellikle yaz aylarında yüksek seviyelerde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Varyans analiz sonuçlarına göre ise AKM ve NO3-N dışındaki tüm parametrelerin bölgesel ve zamansal değişimlerinin önemli olduğu tespit edilmiştir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractLake Uluabat, located 20 km south of the Marmara Sea, between 42° 12' North latitude, 28° 40' East longitude and is located in the province of Bursa. The Lake is one of the richest lakes in terms of aquatic plants besides fish and bird populations in Turkey. In this study, water quality of the Lake was monitored from June 2008 to May 2009 during the 12 month period with the samples taken from 8 points in the lake and spatial and temporal variations of the parameters were examined. pH, temperature (T), electrical conductivity (EC), dissolved oxygen (DO), suspended solids (SS), secchi depth (SD), water level (WL), nitrate nitrogen (NO3-N), total nitrogen (TN), phosphate-phosphorus (PO4-P), total phosphorus (TP), alkalinity, chemical oxygen demand (COD) and chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) were the monitoring parameters. As a result, concentrations of the parameters were found at high levels especially the 1st, 4th, 5th, and 8th stations and temporally were found at high levels often in the summer. According to the results of analysis of variance, regional and temporal variations of all parameters were found important except SS and NO3-N.en_US
