dc.description.abstract13 yaşında bir kız hastada görülen overin kistik granulosa hücreli tümörü takdim edilmiştir. Hastada klinik olarak virilizasyona ait herhangi bir bulgu olmadığı halde, kist sıvısının hormonal tetkikinde testosteron seviyesi çok yüksek bulunmuştur. Tümörün cerrahi olarak çıkarılmasından sonra kan, idrar ve periton sıvısında hormon seviyeleri normal bulunmuştur.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractA 13 year old female is presented with a cystic granulosa cell tumor of the ovary without any clinical evidence of virilization. However, on hormonal assaying of the cyst fluid, testosterone level was found to be markedly elevated. After surgical removal of the tumor, the hormonal values in blood, urine and peritoneal fluid were normal.en_US
