| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada; Türkiye’nin cari işlemler dengesi sorunu, IMF ile olan ilişkisi bağlamında ele alınacaktır. Türkiye açısından IMF ile yapılan stand-by düzenlemelerinin, IMF’nin geliştirdiği öğretiye ters düştüğü ve bu tür düzenlemelere gidilmediği dönemlerde Türkiye’nin, cari denge (döviz dengesi) sorunu yaşamamakta olan bir ekonomi olduğu tespiti yapılmaktadır. Sermaye hareketlerinin libere edilmesiyle, sıcak para baskısına giren Türkiye ekonomisinin, yaşadığı büyük çaplı ekonomik krizlerden çıkarması gereken dersler olduğu, bu tür spekülatif ataklarla sarsılmayacak bir cari denge için, tekno- lojik altyapısının ivedilikle oluşturulması, ihracata konu olan mal ve hizmetlerin nitelik ve çeşitlilik bakımından zenginleştirmesinin önemi vurgulanmaktadır. | tr_TR |
