Abstract
Bir işçi örgütü olarak sendika, üyelerinin hayat standartlarını yükseltmeye çalışırken, işletmenin finansal durumunu da dikkate almalıdır. Bu çalışmada, toplu pazarlıkta, sendikalarca kullanılabilecek bazı finansal oranlar incelenmektedir.
A trade union, as an organization of workers, must also consider the financial position of business while it is trying to increase the standard of living of its members. In this study, we shall exemine some financial rates which can be used in collective bargaining by trade unions.
