| dc.description.abstract | Genel bir anlatım ile akreditasyon; laboratuvarların, muayene ve belgelendirme kuruluşlarının ulusal ve uluslararası kabul görmüş teknik kriterlere göre değerlendirilmesi, yeterliliğinin onaylanması ve düzenli aralıklarla denetlenmesi olarak tanımlanabilir. Bu kapsamda yapılan denetlemeler ISO 17025’e göre idari ve laboratuvar genel şartları, analiz koşulları, analize ait tüm parametreler olmak üzere iki ana başlıkta gerçekleştirilir. Akreditasyon kapsamında yapılan tüm analizlerin güvenilir ve doğruluğu yüksek sonuçlar verdiği gözlemlenmektedir. Ülkemizde gıda üretimi ve dağıtımında resmi veya özel kontrol kurumlarının akreditasyona verdiği öneme bağlı olarak toplam gıda güvenirliğinde belirgin bir yükselme kaydedilebilecektir. | dc.description.abstract | As a general term, accreditation is the evaluation of the laboratories by national and internation control and certification bodies, approval of proficiency, audition in regular intervals. In this context audition is held according to ISO 17025 under two main titles including supervisory, general terms and analysis parameters. Accredited analysis are accepted to have certainty and accuracy. As the importance of accreditation taken into account by official and private laboratories, a significant improvement in food safety will be recorded. This review includes accreditation and summary of terms related to accreditation. | en_US |
