Myokard rüptürü ile birden ölüm

Abstract

Evinde ölü olarak bulunup, dış muayene ile ölüm nedeni saptanamayan ve otopsisi yapılması istenen 70 yaşındaki şahsa ait ceset üzerinde yapılan otopside perikard içinde kan pıhtısı, sol ventrikül arka duvarında taze infarktüs alanı üzerinde geniş rüptür saptanmış ve ölümün taze infarktüs alanı üzerindeki miyokard rüptürü ve perikard tamponadı sonucu meydana geldiği ve ölümün patolojik nedenlere bağlı birden ölüm olduğu tespit edilmiştir.A 70 year old man was found dead in his house in whom the cause of death was not established. In the autopsy performed, pericardial tamponade, myocardial rupture in the fresh infarcted area which was located on the back wall of the left ventricle, was detected. It was concluded that this was a sudden death as a result of these pathological findings.
