Ruhnâme ve ahlâkî boyutu

Abstract

Ruhnâme, Türkmenistan devlet başkanı Saparmurat Türkmenbaşı’nın 1997-2001 yılları arasında yazdığı önemli bir kitaptır. Türkmenistan’da “Mukaddes Ruhnâme” olarak bilinir. O, Türkmen toplumuna dinî, ahlâkî, tarihî ve millî yeni bir şuur kazandırmayı hedeflemiştir. Türkmenler Sovyet döneminde kaybettikleri kimliklerini onunla yeniden kazanmışlardır. Ruhnâme’de Türkmen’in maddî ve manevî değerleri üzerinde durulur, Türkmen’in değerler dünyası tasvir edilir. Özellikle de ahlâkî değerler öne çıkarılır. Türkmen aile ahlâkının oluşmasındaki etkisinden dolayı Hz. Nuh’un öğütlerine de genişçe yer verilir.Ruhnama, written by the President of Turkmenistan Saparmyrat Turkmenbaşy between the years of 1997-2001, is considered to be a significant book among the Turkoman people. It is known as the “Secred Ruhnama” in Turkmenistan. The aim of the book is to provide the Turkoman society with a religious, ethical, historical, and national consciousness. As a result of the influence of Ruhnama, the Turkomans have regained their identity, which they almost lost during the Soviet period. The book describes both the material and sipiritual values of the Turkomans by giving special emphasis to their world of values. Because of the influence they have had on the Turkoman family ethics, the advices of the Prophet Noah has a special place in the book as well.
