Tema parkları ve Bursa odaklı park temalarının belirlenmesi üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Kentler içerisinde barındırdıkları somut ve somut olmayan kültürel değerleri ile bir bütünü oluşturmaktadır. Kentlerin tanımlanmasında rol oynayan özgün açık-kapalı mekânlar ve odak noktaları somut değerlerin başında gelmektedir. Süreç içerisinde sürdürülebilirliğini koruyabilen bu alanlar kentte kimlik oluşumuna katkı sağlamaktadır. Açık ve kapalı mekânları bir arada bünyesinden bulunduran, kentlerde kimlik oluşumuna katkı sağlayan önemli alanlardan biri de tema parklarıdır. Tema parkları, kentlerin sahip oldukları doğal ve kültürel değerlerden hareketle meydan gelen eğlence ve hazzı yaşatmayı hedefleyen aktiviteler bütünüdür. Aktivitelerin şekillenmesine ve park temasının belirlenmesine olanak sağlayan Bursa’nın doğal ve kültürel peyzaj potansiyellerinden hareketle Bursa için uygun temalar belirlemek çalışmanın ana amacını oluşturmaktadır. Bursa için uygun temaların belirlenmesine yönelik araştırmanın temel yöntemi Delphi Tekniği olup, uzman kişilere de açık ve kapalı uçlu sorulardan oluşan bir anket eş zamanlı olarak uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, Bursa için önerilen ilk 3 tema; • “Eğitim temalı park ve bahçeler” • “Rekreasyon ve eğlence temalı park ve bahçeler” • “Tarih temalı parklar” ile “sanat temalı parklar” olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu temalar, Bursa’nın doğal ve kültürel peyzaj öğeleri ile sentezlenerek, değerlendirmeler ve öneriler yapılıp, Bursa için uygun temalar gerekçeleri ile sunulmuştur.

The cities reveal a whole with concrete and intangible cultural landscapes. The original open-closed spaces and focal points that play a role in the definition of cities are among the tangible values. These areas, which can maintain their sustainability in the process, contribute to identity formation in the city. One of the important areas contributing to the formation of identity in cities, which includes indoor and outdoor spaces, is theme parks. Theme parks are the activities that aim to provide the entertainment and pleasure that are faced with the natural and cultural values of the cities. The main aim of the study is to determine the appropriate themes for Bursa, based on the natural and cultural landscape potential of Bursa, which enables the formation of activities and the determination of the park theme. The basic method of the research for determining the appropriate themes for Bursa is the Delphi Technique, and a questionnaire consisting of open and closed-ended questions was applied to the experts at the same time. As a result of the study, the first 3 themes proposed for Bursa were determined as; • “ Education themed parks and gardens” • “ Recreation and entertainment themed parks and gardens” • “ History themed parks” and “art themed parks” These themes are synthesized with the natural and cultural landscape elements of Bursa evaluations and suggestions are made and the appropriate themes for Bursa are presented.
