KOAH alevlenmelerinin önlenmesinde farmakolojik ajanlar

Abstract

Kronik Obstrüktif Akciğer Hastalığı (KOAH) alevlenmelerle giden kronik bir hastalıktır. KOAH alevlenmesi hastada solunum yolu semptomlarını günlük normal değişkenliklerin ötesinde ve ilaç tedavisinde değişiklik gerektirecek ölçüde kötüleştiren akut olay şeklinde tanımlanmaktadır. Bu makaledeki amaç KOAH Alevlenmelerini önleyecek farmakolojik tedavilerin gözden geçirilmesidir.Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a chronic disease that goes into exacerbations. COPD exacerbation is defined as an acute event that worsens respiratory symptoms in the patient beyond normal daily fluctuations and to the extent that drug therapy requires changes. The aim of this article is to look into pharmacological treatments to prevent COPD exacerbations.
