Sellüloz asetat ile protein elektroforezinde çeşitli boyaların protein fraksiyonlarına etkisi

Abstract

40 vak'anın kan serumu kullanılarak yapılan bu çalışmada, sellüloz asetat elektroforezinde kullanılan üç ayrı boyanın protein fraksiyonlarına olan etkisi araştırılmıştır. Amidoschwarz ve Panceau-s boyalarıyla alınan sonuçların özdeş olduğu; Vert de Lissamine'in, bu iki boyaya oranla, albümin lehine, alpha- 1 ve alpha- 2 globulinler aleyhine farklı sonuçlar verdiği anlaşılmıştır.

We investigated the effects of three different dyes on protein fractions during the cellulose acetate electrophoresis by using the blood sera of 40 cases. We concluded that; the results of Amidoschwarz and Panceau- s dyes are equivalent but if we compare the results of Lissamine green with the results of these two above-mentioned dyes we understand that Lissamine green has different results which are against to alpha - 1 and alpha-2 globulins and supporting the albumin.
