dc.description.abstractBu araştırma farklı tuz konsantrasyonlarının (0, 5, 10, 15 ve 20 dS m-1 NaCl) kamışsı yumak (Festuca arundinacea Schreb.) tohumlarının çimlenme ve fide gelişimleri üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla 2018 yılında ISUBÜ Ziraat Fakültesi Tarla Bitkileri Bölümü laboratuvarında yürütülmüştür. Çalışma tesadüf parselleri deneme desenine göre 4 tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Çalışmada incelenen özellikler; çimlenme oranı, sürgün ve kök uzunluğu, sürgün yaş ağırlığı, kök yaş ağırlığı ve tuza dayanım indeksidir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, kamışsı yumakta uygulanan farklı tuz konsantrasyonları, incelenen tüm özellikler üzerine % 1 düzeyinde önemli etki yapmıştır. Tuz konsantrasyonundaki artışlar çimlenme oranı, sürgün ve kök uzunluğu, sürgün yaş ağırlığı, kök yaş ağırlığı ve tuza dayanım indeksinde önemli ölçüde azalmaya neden olmuş ve en düşük değerler 20 dS/m NaCl dozunda elde edilmiştir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted to investigate the effects of five different salt concentrations (0, 5, 10, 15 ve 20 dS m-1 NaCl) on the germination and seedling development of tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea Schreb.) at the Field Crops Department Laboratory in Agricultural Faculty of Isparta University of Applied Science in 2018. This research was set up in randomized block design with four replication. The germination rate, shoot and root lengths and fresh weights and salt tolerance index were determined in this research. According to the results of the research, salt concentrations had significant effect on all properties. Increased salt concentrations caused decreased the germination rate, shoot and root lengths and fresh weights and salt tolerance index. The lowest values were obtained from 20 dS m-1 NaCl.en_US
