Bir şarbon menenjiti vakası

Abstract

Makalede, hastalığı nadir görülen bir komplikasyonu olarak fulminan gidişli menenjitle komplike olmuş bir deri şarbonu vakası takdim edilmektedir. Prognoz açısından öyle görünüyor ki özellikle, diabet, kortikosteroid tedavisi gibi vücudun savunma mekanizmalarını zayıflatan durumlarla birlikte olduğu zaman deri şarbonu pek de iyi tabiatlı bir hastalık olmasa gerektir.

In this article, we present a case of cutaneous anthrax, complicated with fulminant meningitis, a rare compücation of the disease. As far as the prognosis is concerned, it seems that cutaneous anthrax is not a benign disease. When it is together with conditions weakening the defense mechanisms of the body such as diabetes and corticosteroid therapy.
