Tavuk ve horozların gelişme sürecinde hipofiz bezi pars distalisinin histolojik yönden incelenmesi

| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmada, yumurtadan çıkıştan itibaren tavuk ve horozların beş aylık gelişme süreci içinde hipofiz bezi pars distalisinin morfolojik özelliklerinin ışık mikroskobik seviyede incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışma 50 dişi ve 50 erkek günlük Isobrown yumurtacı piliç ile puberteye ulaşana kadar beş ay (Şubat ile Haziran arasında) sürdürüldü. Her ayın sonunda rastgele her gruptan 10 hayvan seçilerek servikal dislokasyon uygulandı. Histolojik incelemeler için hipofizden alınan doku örnekleri tamponlu formolde tespit edilerek parafin bloklardan 5µm kalınlığında kesitler alındı. Crossmonn’ın modifiye üçlü boyama tekniği ile incelendi. Çalışmada sonuç olarak; pars distalisin sefhalik ve kaudal bölgelerden oluştuğu; bu bölgelerin asidofilik, bazofilik ve kromofob karakterde hücre içerdiği saptandı. Bu hücrelerin kordon, follikül ya da tek tek hücreler tarzında yerleşim gösterdiği belirlendi. Hem tavuk hem de horozlarda pars distalisde ilk ay hariç diğer aylarda kist oluşumu görülürken; dördüncü ve beşinci aylarda bazı parenşimal hücrelerin kolloid ile dolu bir lumen etrafında yerleşim gösterdiği saptandı. Tüm gelişme sürecinde asidofil hücre sayısının tavuklarda horozlara, bazofil hücre sayısının da horozlarda tavuklara göre daha fazla olduğu görüldü. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In the study, the structural differences in the pars distalis of the pituitary gland were investigated during the developing period of the cocks and hens, for five months with light microscopy. This research had started with laying Isobrown daily 50 male and 50 female chicks and lasted for 5 months (between February and June). At the end of the each month, ten chicks were chosen randomly, sacrified by cervical dislocation. For histological examination tissue pieces taken from pituitary gland fixed in solution such as buffered formalin and five µm thick sections obtained from the paraffin embedded samples were examined using a triple stain method Crossmonn’s modification . As a results of this study, the pars distalis was divided into cephalic and caudal zones. Both zones contained acidophil, bazophil and chromophobe cells. They were arranged in cords or follicles or separate cells. Some parenchymal cells of the pars distalis were arranged around a lumen filled with colloid only in the fourth and five months; and also occured the cysts without the first month in both cocks and hens. During the developing period in hens, the number of the acidophil cells were more then cocks and the number of the bazophil cells were more then hens in cocks. | en_US |
