dc.description.abstractKliniğimizde basit febril konvülsiyon tanısı konan 70 olgu çalışma kapsamına alındı. Olguların % 82'si iki yaşından küçüktü. İki yaşından önce ilk febril konvülsiyon geçiren 57 olgunun 33'ünde (% 58) recurrens saptanırken, iki yaşın üstünde geçiren 13 olguda rekürrens görülmedi. Rekürrens riski fazla olan yaşamın ilk iki yılında geçirilen febril konvülsiyonlarda risk faktörü bulunmasa bile rekürrensi önlemek için antikonvülsan tedavi başlanmasının yararlı olacağı sonucuna varıldı.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractWe examined 70 cases with the diagnosis of simple febrile convulsion in our clinic. The cases of 82 % were under 2 years old. We found out that 33 % of 57 cases, whose first convulsions were wider 2 years older, had recommended convulsions. But the other cases with the first convulsion older than 2 years, had no recurrent convulsions. It is concluded that, even if there is no risk factor, in order to present the risk of recurrence in the cases who had experienced the first convulsion in tlıe first two years of life, beginning anticonvulsive therapy would be useful.en_US
