Trafik kazalarında yara tipleri

Abstract

Yurdumuzda motorlu kara taşıtlarının sayısı ve trafik kazaları ile bu kazalarda ölen ve yaralananlara ait sayısal bilgiler verildi. 20 si yaya, 20 si yolcu ve 6 sı sürücü toplam 46 vakada multipli yara sıklığı araştırıldı. Baş, göğüs, üst ekstremite, alt ekstremite, karında saptanan yara tipleri anlatıldı. Bunların yolcu, yaya, sürücülerde sıklığı araştırıldı. Yaya, yolcu ve sürücülerde saptanan kırıkların lokalizasyonu, sıklığı ve yüzdeleri bildirildi. Emniyet kemerinin koruyuculuğuna dikkat çekilmiş ve bulgularımızın literatür bulgularına uyduğu bildirilmiştir.

The statistical data has been given concerning the number of motor vehicles and the traffic accidents in our country, together with data on people who are injured or lost their lives in those accidents. The ineidence of multiple injuries ina total of 46 cases, consisting of 20 pedestrians, 20 passengers, and 6 drivers, has been investigated. The types of lesions encountered in the head, chest, upper extremities, lower extremities and the abdomen have been described. Their proportional distribution to the pedestrians, passangers and drivers has been determined. The localization, incidence and percentage of fractures detected in pedestrians, passangers and drivers have been reported. Moreover, attention has been drawn to the proctective effect of safety belts and the consistence of our findings with the finding in the literature has been noted.
