Kümeslerde gürültü kirliliği ve etkileri

Abstract

Gürültü kirliliği sadece insanoğlu için değil hayvanlar için de bir tehdittir. Özellikle kümes hayvanlarında ciddi sağlık problemlerine sebep olmaktadır. Bu problemlerin başında hayvanların psikolojik streslere maruz kalması gelir. Stres, insanlarda olduğu gibi hayvanlar arasında da yaşamı olumsuz etkiler. Ayrıca et ve yumurta tavuklarının verimliliğini ciddi oranda azaltmaktadır. Bunun sonucu olarak da insan vücudunun önemli yapıtaşı olan proteinin kalitesi düşmektedir. Bu çalışmada kümeslerde gürültüye neden olan etkenler ortaya konmaktadır. Bununla beraber gürültünün tavuklar üzerindeki etkiler tartışılmıştır. Gürültünün olumsuz etkileri literatür verileri ile desteklenmiştir, hayvan refahı üzerinde durulmuş ve yapılması gerekenler incelenmiştir.

Noise pollution is harmful not only for human beings but also for animals. It causes serious health problems, especially in poultry. One of these problems is the exposure of animals to psychological stresses. Stress affects life negatively among animals as well as humans. It also significantly reduces the efficiency of broiler and egg layer chickens. As a result, it decreases the quality of the protein, an essential building block of the human body. In this study, the factors that cause noise in poultry has revealed. However, the effects of noise on chickens have discussed. The literature data support the adverse effects of noise, animal welfare has emphasized, and the things to be done have examined.
