Abstract
Yapay antijen olan arsanin - azopsödoglobulinle bağışıklık kazanmış tavşanların lenfoid dokuları ve parankimatöz bazı organları mikroskobik olarak incelendi. Sonuçta, doğal antijenlere karşı lenfoid dokularda ve RES'de meydana gelen proliferation ve bağ dokusu artımı, yapay antijenlerle de meydana gelebileceği kanısını vermiştir. Yapay antijenlere karş parankimatöz organlarda görülen hücre dejenerasyonları, stromada bağ dokusu ortamı ile beraber görülen lenfosit ve plazmosit infiltrasyonları, özellikle böbrek glomerüllerinde görülen bazal membran kalınlaşması ile stromadaki kapiller damarları kalınlaşması lenfosit, plazmosit infiltrasyonları, otoimmün hastalıklarda görülen histopatolojik değişiklikler uymaktadır.
The lymphoid tissues and some parenchymatous organs of the rabbits immunized by arsanil-azo pseudo globulin, an artificial antigen were examined histopathologically. In this study, it was concluded that the RES proliferation in the lymphoid tissues and the increase in the connective tissues caused by natural antigens, could also be executed by artificial antigens. Observations of the degeneration of cells in the parenchymatous organs of the infiltration of lymphocytes and plasmocytes together with the increase of connective tissues in the stroma; particularly of the thickening of the base membrane in the renal glomeruli, and the capillary walls plasmocytes in the stroma led to the conclusion that artificial antigens could also exhibit similar results in the parenchymatous organs as those observed in auto-immune diseases.
