Abstract
Bu araştırmada, gebeliğin son dönemi ve laktasyon döneminde 17 inekten alınan kan örnekleri glikoz, sodyum, potasyum, fosfor, toplam protein ve albümin değerleri yönünden incelendi. Glikoz değerleri gebe ineklerde 62.51, laktasyondakilerde 46.96 mg/100 ml olarak bulundu. Aradaki farkın istatistiksel açıdan önemli olduğu görüldü (P<0.01). Gebe ineklerde sodyum miktarı 175.75. potasyum 6.15 mEq/lt, inorganik fosfor 4.65 mg/100 ml, toplam protein 7.31 g/100 ml ve albümin 3.20 g/100 ml olarak bulundu. Laktasyondaki ineklerde sodyum miktarı 174.65, potasyum 4.75 mEq/li, inorganik fosfor 4.25 mg/100 ml, toplam protein 6.75 g/100 ml ve albümin 2.77 g/100 ml olarak bulundu. Laktasyondaki ineklerde sodyum, potasyum, inorganik fosfor, toplam protein ve albümin değerlerinde düşüş gözlemlendi. Laktasyondaki ineklerde albümin miktarındaki düşüş önemli bulundu (P < 0.01).
In this study, blood samples of 17 cows in late pregnancy and lactation were examined for glucose, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, total protein and albumin. Plasma glucose levels were 62.57 mg/100 ml in the pregnant cows and 46.96 mg/100 ml in lactating cows. The difference between these values were statiscally significant (P < 0.01). The plasma amounts of sodium 175.75 mEq/l, potassium 6.15 mEq/l, inorganik phosphorus 4.65 mg/100 ml, total protein 7.31 g/100 ml and albumin 3.20 g/100 ml were found in the Pregnant cows. In the lactating cows following values were determined, sodium 174.65 mEq/l, potassium 4.75 mEq/l, inorganic phorphorus 4.25 mg/100 ml, total protein 6.75 g/100 ml, and albumine 2.77 g/100 ml. Decreases in the amounts, of sodium, potassium, inorganic phosphorus, total protein and albumin were observed in the lactating cows. The decrease in the amount of albumin in the lactating cows was found significant (P< 0.01).
