Abstract
Kist hidatid sıvılarınm biyokimyasal bileşimini incelemek için yapılan çalışmada, Bursa Et Balık Kurumunda kesilmiş sığırın hidatid kistli akciğer ve akciğerleri araştırma materyali olarak kullanıldı. Enfekte akciğerlerden 13, enfekte akciğerlerden de 16 tane olmak üzere toplam 29 adet kist hidatik sıvısı örnegi incelendi. Sıvılar steril şartlar altında enjektörle alıp, temiz tüplere aktarıldı. Derin soğutucuda dondurulup, analiz anında çözüldü. Karaciğer ve akciğer kist hidatik sıvılanma enzimatik analiz sonuçları sırasıyla: LDH, 515,13 ± 177 Ünite - 104 ± 49 Ünite, amilaz 99,9 ± 8,93 Ünite - 109 ± 11,4 Ünite, asit fosfataz her iki numunede de O Bodanski Ünitesi, alkali fosfataz 2,81 ± 0,69 Bodanski Ünitesi - 1,62 ± 0,83 Bodanski Ünitesi, SGOT 99,4 ± 38,9 Ünite - 4,92 ± 2,8 Ünite, SGPT 3,0 ± 1,19 Ünite - 3,08 ± 1,12 Ünite, GGT 2,44 ± 0,86 Ünite - 1,39 ± O, 74 Ünite, CPK 54 ± 22,7 Ünite - 5,20 ± 2,48 Ünite olarak saptandı.
This study has been done to investigate the biochemical composition of hydatid cyst fluids. Infected cattle slaughtered in Bursa MeatFish Company were used as research materials. 13 samples from lung and 16 sanıpfes from liver, total 29, were analyzed. Fluids were taken by aseptic syringe to clean tubes, kept in deep-freeze and thawed prior to use. The results of enzymes activities analysis of hydatid cyst fluids from liver and lung were LDH 515,13 ± 177 Unite - 104 ±49 Unile, amylase 99,9 ± 8,93 Unite - 109 ± 11,4 Unite, acid phosphatase in both sanıpfes O Bodansky Unite, alkaline phosphatase 2,81 ± 0,69 Bodansky Unite - 1,62 ± 0,83 Bodansky Unite, SGOT 99,4 ± 38,9 Unite - 4,92 ± 2,8 Unite, SGPT 3,0 ± 1,19 Unite - 3,08 ± 1,12 Unite, GGT 2,44 ± 0,86 Unite - 1,39 ± 0,74 Unite, CPK 54 ± 22,7 Unite - 5,23 ± 2,48 Unite respectively.
